LakeSUP and Emma Grunnill Fitness have teamed up to bring you SUP-FIT!
An hour long body weight fitness session run by Emma Grunnill on Paddleboards.
Work every part of your body while staying strong on your paddle board – A fun and different type of fitness class!
These classes will only be held once a month so places are limited! We We will run 2 back to back sessions, The first aimed at beginners who are new to SUP or SUP-FIT and the second for those with a bit of experience in either SUP of have done a SUP FIT class before and are after more of a challenge.
